Who does Caliche’s donate to?

Our business takes pride and is dedicated to abiding by our mission statement above. Caliche’s Frozen Custard loves to give back to our community through donations or volunteer efforts. We donate to various organizations, but our business has identified youth-focused non-profit organizations as the company’s focus giving area.

What kind of donations does Caliche’s make?

Caliche’s Frozen Custard donates in a variety of ways. We can donate in a physical product form of promotional coins that can be utilized at any of our locations to redeem a free item such as; single scoop cone/cup coins, Sundae coins, Float coins, and Hot Dog coins. Caliche’s branded water bottles and gift cards are also available (the amount on the gift cards may vary).

How much notice do I need to give Caliche’s in order to receive a donation?

Caliche’s Frozen Custard donation requests must be submitted at least ONE WEEK prior to the event to be considered.

How will I know if my request is accepted or declined?

A response to your donation request will be sent via email to you within TEN BUSINESS DAYS. Please make sure that a valid email address is provided in your contact information. You will receive an official confirmation by email if your donation request has been approved. We are NOT able to confirm donation requests or provide status updates regarding donation requests by telephone due to the high volume of requests received.

Where do I pick up my physical donation?

If you have requested a physical donation, you are able to stop by the specified location in the initial request to pick up your approved donation at an approved time. Specific details will be clarified in your official “approved donation” confirmation email.

Will you mail me gift cards or Caliche’s coins?

If you are approved for any of our donations, Caliche’s Frozen Custard is able to mail Gift Cards to the provided mailing address within ONE WEEK of official approval. Caliche’s coins and water bottles are pick up only.
